We had two "firsts" at lunch today. As we were going through the line to load our plates, we noticed -- salad! We had not had salad at all this summer, so it was a real treat! There were cucumbers, tomatoes, and nuts, mixed with a mayonnaise-type dressing. It was great! The second treat that we had was napkins! Actually, they were Kleenex tissues, but when you've not seen any type of napkin for almost two weeks, you take what you can get! Things are going well in this second camp of the summer, though it's hard to realize that there are only three days left before the kids will all go home. How sad is that! We trust that the things that they are learning here will stay with them and cause them to prepare for their eternity. Well, it is now our "Cultural Activity" time, so I must go.
